JJ804 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

JJ804 is an online gaming and betting platform intended exclusively for adults. To register and use the platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JJ804 does not permit the registration or participation of anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will and using your own funds. Deposits or bets placed on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under legal disability or court restriction, you may not use this platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from JJ804 or barred from the platform through any prior enforcement action.

Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter escalated as necessary. 2. Account Registration and Responsibility

Each user may hold only one active account on JJ804. Creating multiple accounts — whether in the same name or using different details — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances voided.

When Registering You Agree To:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Keep your registration information up to date. If any details change, you are responsible for updating them promptly.
• Not impersonate any other person or use another person's identity, payment method, or contact details to register.
• Notify JJ804 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.

Account Verification

JJ804 may request verification documents before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Standard documents requested include a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals until the process is completed.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on JJ804 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for Pakistani users:

• The payment method you use must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — from another person's JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account, or card — are not permitted.

• JJ804 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider for details.
• Deposits are for gaming and betting on JJ804 only. Depositing funds for purposes other than personal use of the platform is a violation of these terms.
• JJ804 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation where deposit volumes are unusually high or activity appears inconsistent with normal personal use.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for deposits wherever possible. JJ804 aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page of your account dashboard.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts and payment methods in the same name as the registered JJ804 account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown at the time of request.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays or holds on withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.
• Bonus funds must meet any applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Details of wagering requirements are stated on each promotion's terms.
• JJ804 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This may add to standard processing time.
• Withdrawal requests involving funds that appear to have been deposited solely for the purpose of money movement — without genuine gaming or betting activity — may be declined pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

JJ804 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL and cricket event promotions, and VIP rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms which are stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are valid only for use on JJ804.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unused bonus funds or winnings from bonuses that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• JJ804 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, existing wagering requirements remain in effect for that bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated betting patterns to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting promotional mechanics in bad faith — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Free bets and free spins credited as part of a promotion are subject to their own specific terms. Winnings from free bets or free spins may be capped unless stated otherwise.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

JJ804 offers sports betting across Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other available markets, as well as gaming products including Slot Games, Bingo, and a full Game Lobby. The following rules apply across all products:

Sports Betting

• Bets are final once confirmed. JJ804 does not accept requests to cancel or amend placed bets except in cases where the platform has made a clear technical error.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked in when the bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time and the odds at confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, JJ804's settlement rules for the relevant sport apply. For Cricket and PSL markets, incomplete matches are settled according to the stated rules for that market type, which are displayed on the relevant betting page.
• JJ804 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, manual error, or data feed failure.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per user. These limits are shown at the time of bet placement.

Slot Games and Game Lobby

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG). Results are independent for every spin, hand, or round.
• Return to player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed within the game information section. These represent long-run statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection or platform error — JJ804 will investigate and resolve the outcome based on server records. Decisions made on the basis of server records are final.

Bingo

• Bingo games operate on scheduled draw times. Players must purchase tickets before the stated ticket sale closing time for each session.
• Bingo results are final once drawn and cannot be challenged on the basis of personal expectation or misunderstanding of game rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JJ804. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person or colluding with others to share a single account for bonus exploitation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or any arrangement that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or attempting to use JJ804 for money laundering or any financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or undisclosed error may be voided.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward JJ804 support staff or other users.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's payment method, or impersonating another individual.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without their authorisation.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your JJ804 account login credentials. JJ804 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive any communication asking for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact support immediately.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

JJ804 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information during registration or verification.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment reversals initiated by the account holder.
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit the platform's promotional systems.
• Abusive behaviour toward support staff or other users.
• At the account holder's own request — accounts can be closed voluntarily by contacting support.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any real-money balance held at the time of suspension will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, the balance will be released. Where a violation is confirmed, JJ804 reserves the right to void balances associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.

13. Changes to These Terms

JJ804 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, product offerings, or operational requirements. When changes are made:

• The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date clearly indicated at the top.
• For significant changes, JJ804 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via account notification or the contact email on file.
• Continued use of JJ804 after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms.
